I meant what I said, you are a very good agent. We have dealt with over a dozen realtors (including those used by our friends and relatives) and most are pretty good "listing agents", which in my opinion requires very little skill. However, finding a good showing agents is far and few. Most realtors hate showing because it is a lot of work and requires skills which many do not have. Yvette and I were very impressed and thankful for your effort. We are not that familiar with the area so it is even more of a challenge and you did a great job. I am sure these are the traits which have helped you become successful in your field.
